1. 12-Month Satisfaction Guarantee – ZonnVital Laser Hair Growth Device

We are confident in the quality of the Zonnvital Laser Hair Growth Device. If unsatisfied after 12 months of regular use, you may request a refund under these terms:

  • Request Window: Contact us within 30 days after the 12-month period (i.e., between Day 365 and 395 from purchase).

  • Return Process:

    • Obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC) from our team.

    • Ship the device within 20 days of RAC issuance (original packaging required).

  • Refund Calculation:

    • Full device price refunded minus a 15% restocking fee (lower than ZonnVital's 18%).

    • Free return shipping within the U.S. (vs. ZonnVital’s deduction).

    • Bundled consumables (e.g., serums) excluded from refund.

Key Differences from Competitors:

  • Simplified International Returns: Non-U.S. orders receive a flat $50 return shipping credit (no complex customs deductions).

  • No "One Return per Household" Limit:

    "ZonnVital reserves the right to deny returns if misuse is suspected."

2. 90-Day Trial – Zonn Skincare & Accessory Devices

For Zonn Glow Facial Mask or Scalp Care Kit:

  • Trial Period: 90 days from purchase (vs. ZonnVital’s 100 days).

  • Return Window: Request RAC within 15 days after the trial (i.e., Day 90-105).

  • Refund: Full price refund, no restocking fee.

  • Customer Pays Return Shipping (unless our error).

3. Consumables & Batteries

  • Consumables (Gels, Filters): 60-day refund window (vs. 180 days), unopened items only.

  • Battery Packs: 45-day refund (vs. 30 days), free return shipping on defective units.
